How to request deletion
- Email sky@skyrious.com from the email address used for your Rentelya account.
- Use the subject “Rentelya account deletion request” and state whether the account is a landlord or tenant account.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will close the account and delete or anonymise personal profile information and uploaded content that we no longer have a lawful reason to retain.
What may be retained
Tenancy, payment, audit and accounting records may be retained where Malaysian law or a legitimate legal obligation requires it, typically for up to seven years. Access to retained records remains restricted. We will explain any retention that applies to your request.
Timing and questions
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within 21 days. Privacy questions can also be sent to sky@skyrious.com.
